2010|365: A Design Project
In an effort to keep from getting creatively stagnant as I go through the course of a 9-5 design job, as well as staving off general laziness, I’ve undertaken this personal project.
Every day, rain, shine or somewhere inbetween, I will be making something cool. The results may be photos, design pieces, experimental type, videos, or anything else I feel is worth showing. The only caveat will be that each piece will have to be made that day, even though it might not get posted on the same day.
The end result of the project will be a book (possibly 365 pages long, maybe shorter to reduce costs), which I will make available to anyone who wants to pay for one.

Attended the IDS West show to check out the goods, and take pictures of them with a handy-dandy media pass. Also got to try out a Sony 3D television (which was kinda cool) and look like a bit of a d-bag/Karim Rashid (which was not) whilst doing it.

Held a little wine & cheese (and pie) to try to get rid of some of the many delicious (yet probably not healthy in large doses) leftovers from Gobblers of Catan. In this case, my first ever baked brie. This may become a last minute potluck staple.

2 Tbs Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
2 Tbs Raw Almonds (slivered)
2 Tbs Honey

Heat oven to 350F.
Coat sides and top of brie with honey, combine rosemary and almonds in a bowl.
Press sides of brie in mixture. And remaining mixture to top. Bake 30 min, or until very squishy.
Serve with sliced pear and baguette.
Eat.
